“The demanding career of being a Security Analyst, #LateWorkingHours, #EatingFastFood at odd hours, skipping meals, lack of sleep took a toll – at certain point I touched 95 kilos. I surely was alarmed, but I was apparently clueless about what needs to be done to set this runaway health condition right.”
